Mr. Chambers Yang Attended the Legislative Seminar on Shanghai Municipal Measures for the Administration of Infrastructure Concession

As a local government rule regulating concession of infrastructure, Shanghai Municipal Measures for the Administration of Infrastructure Concession is being enacted recently. Mr. Chambers Yang was invited to the legislative seminar jointly held by Legislative Affairs Office of Shanghai People’s Government and Shanghai Bar Association. In the seminar, Mr. Yang gave his opinions on not only the advantages and disadvantages of the project company as one of signatories of the concession agreement but also corresponding solutions.
